Thank you so much for your willingness to help with this year’s biggest fundraiser for the Athletic Booster Club. Our first official meeting is set for Monday October 1st, at 6:30pm in the GR Field House Conference room.

Below is a list of areas we will be asking for help with.  Please take a minute to see what area you would prefer to help with.

Sponsorship-Securing and working with underwriting sponsor to make sure donations are received and exposure for sponsor(s) is detailed and provided.

Location & Decoration-Securing Location and all required security, materials and furniture needed. Decorating facility day of event.

Food-Coordinating all required materials, set ups, and documentation to provide food at venue. Purchasing utensils, materials and products for cooking and serving.

Beverage-Securing donation and or distribution of drinks at venue. Securing required information and documentation for serving beverages at event.

Crawfish Boil T-shirts &Ticket Sales-Creating tickets, setting up and securing approved venues for ticket sales, Distribution of ticket sales. Working with art teacher and t-shirt vendor to create event t-shirts to sell and promote event.

Advertising-Contacting local media outlets to advertise event among local communities.

Implementing advertising tools within the schools in the maroon track to spread word through flters, call outs, email blasts etc.

Silent & Live Auctions-Organize and coordinate baskets or items from each team and other individuals or business’ to host a live and silent auction during the event.
