The Longhorn boys’ and girls’ golf teams kicked off the Fall schedule at River Pointe on Wednesday.
Girls – Senior Nicki Oesch finished alone at the top of the girls division, beating all of her opponents by 5 shots, with a score of 76. Nicki’s 76 set a new girls’ school record! Aubrie Luckenbill shot a personal best 106 to finish in 20th place out of 44.
Boys – The boys were led by Paul Ferrette and Manuel Londono who each shot rounds of 76 earning them 3rd and 6th place, respectively. Bobby Vega-80, Will Ward-82, Addison Zody-85, and Brian Noh-86 also posted solid scores. The varsity golf teams will next compete on November 5th at Fort Bend Country Club.
