The Longhorn volleyball program traveled to Lamar last Friday night and collected another sweep as all 3 teams defeated the Lady Mustangs.
The Varsity team defeated the Lady Mustangs in 3 with scores of 25-20, 25-22,and 25-17. Kill leaders for the night were Brennan Flannery with 10 and Tori Luckenbill with 5. Ally Lanik led the Longhorn offense with 12 set assists followed by Tori Luckenbill with 7. At the net, Callie Tiemann had 6 blocks while Ajah Barns added 4 blocks. Defensively, Gabby Hernandez produced 15 digs while Roxy Weinle and Ellie Gonzales collected 8 digs each. Serve ace leader for the Longhorns was Tori Luckenbill with 4. The Longhorns will finish up district play Tuesday night at Foster.
The JV team took care of Lamar in 2 as well with scores of 25-6 and 25-12.
The Freshman team beat Lamar in 2 with scores of 25-11 and 25-17.
