The Longhorns finished the Cross Country season with fabulous results! The boys’ team finished 5th overall in the region. Considering that the Varsity GRHS has no seniors on the team, the 2013 prospects look even better. The girls had a respectable finish at 14th. With only one graduating senior, the girls can make a strong fight for next year’s placement. Individually the Longhorns had great times:
Jordan Janer finished 11th with a time of 16.20.
Chandler Heikkila finished 13th with a time of 16.38.
Alec Waldschmidt finished 33rd with a time of 17.13.
Heather Haig finished 32nd with a time of 21.05.
