The Freshman girls’ basketball team beat the El Campo Lady Rice Birds in an exciting game Tuesday night by a score of 23-18. The Longhorns were down early but battled back after halftime with an aggressive team effort. Chinwe Eke led the team with 10 points for the night. The freshmen look to continue their undefeated record as they enter the St. Agnes tournament on Thursday.
