The Longhorn Girls and JV Wrestlers competed in the Morton Ranch’s Houston JV Championships this past Saturday. The boys were divided into JV and Rookie divisions while there was also a girls’ division. The medalists in the Rookie Division were Myles West and Carter Feldhoff in third; Charles Mudd in second; and Colin Flannery and Hunter Jessup were champions. In the JV division, Ryan Tse and Michael Corvo were third; Nick Trippicchio, Daniel Valdez, Jalin King and J. D. Pope were second; and finishing as champions were Joey Minkel and Garrett Brinneman. In the girls’ division, Alexandra Sanchez was second and Loren Braun was crowned the champion in her weight class.
