Freshman – The freshman boys’ basketball won on Tuesday, 48-44, against the Bay City Blackcats. The leading scorer was Brandon Franklin with 11. The defense was led by Chris Oliver and Darius Anderson. The Longhorns play at Foster on Friday.
JV – The JV boys’ basketball team came back from 18 points down to get a victory against Bay City by the score of 67-54. The team was led by Reggie Solomon with 37 points and Evan Murray with 11 points.
Varsity – The varsity boys’ basketball traveled to Bay City and came out on the short end. Isaiah Famogun played a good inside game, and Timon Nolan controlled the perimeter game, but it still was not enough.
