The Freshman A boys’ basketball team defeated the Foster Falcons in dramatic fashion on Friday night. The Longhorns trailed by 18 points, and fought all the way back to win 63-60. Darius Anderson played great defense all night and finished many plays. Tadrian Gayden and Myles Thompson had great hustle and energy for the team. This brings the team’s overall record to 19-6 and district record to 10-1.

The Sophomore basketball team defeated the Foster Falcons on Friday night by a score of 59-47. The Longhorns were led by Francis Ezenwa who had 17 points and Charles Rivers who scored 16. Quynh Nguyen contributed well on the defensive end also.

The JV team defeated the Foster Falcons in dominating fashion by a score of 43-28. Kaleb Franklin led the team all night with his great play under pressure. Reggie Solomon played great defense all night and was all over the floor. Trey Delasbour made great passes and also handled the ball. This brings the team’s district record to 10-1.

The Varsity Boy’s Basketball team lost a hard fought game to the Foster Falcons on Friday. The team was led by strong play from Timon Nolan who had 15 points. Ndi Eze and Donny Mbidoaka both played hard and dominated the boards. The team would like to invite everyone out to Parent/Senior night for the final game at home against Terry on Tuesday. Seniors Jeremy Glenn and Jacque Ketchum will be recognized for their hard work and dedication to the program.
