The JV Maroon baseball team traveled to Columbus on Saturday to play Bellville for the tournament championship. After falling behind 4 runs in the 1st inning, the Longhorns battled back to win the championship with a score of 22-10. The Longhorns had 12 different players combine for 24 hits on the day. Kevin Kopps, Sarah Hudek, and Mitchell North were named to the all-tournament team. The Maroon team takes on Angleton tonight to kick off district play.
