The Varsity baseball team continued in the LCISD tournament on Friday and Saturday with four wins over Cy Ridge (12-0), Hightower (12-0), FBCA (7-3), and Hastings (7-1). Grant Page, Wesley Thompson, Chad Romere, and Nick Nowak each earned wins on the mound, while Bradley Greer and John Weesner each contributed innings of work. Offensive standouts were Kyle Owen with a grand slam and 2 doubles, Blake Sisco with 3 triples and a double, Cameron Boudreaux and Lorenzo Palomares each with a triple, and Will Gay, Romere, Graham Lavine, and Alex Shaver each with doubles. The Longhorns begin district play tonight against Angleton.
