The Lady Longhorns played the Terry Rangers at the Ranch on Tuesday night.
The freshman team beat Terry 39-27. Kasey Litzman led in scoring with 9 points.
The JV Longhorns were able to defeat the Rangers with a score of 41-29. Shavon Pittman contributed 14 points, and Chinwe Eke helped with 11.
For Varsity, despite a 21-15 run in the second half, the Lady Longhorns fell to the Rangers with a score of 30-37. Olivia West led the team scoring 7 of her 10 points in the second half, while Deandria Batiste, Julia Schwake and Alexis White added 6 each. White also finished with 11 rebounds and 3 steals.
The Longhorns (1-1) will continue district play next Tuesday in Angleton.
