The varsity Longhorn girls’ team played Friday and Saturday at Greatwood Golf Club and finished in 7th place as a team. The team was led by freshman Tenzin Palkyi who finished in 5th place individually with a two-day total of 168. Tenzin‘s weekend was highlighted by holing out from 85 yards on the second hole for an eagle. In her first 3 high school tournaments, Tenzin has placed in the top 5 in all of them. Junior Aubrie Luckenbill‘s best round was a 105, and sophomore Brooke Murphy carded a 104 on Saturday. Junior Kylie Clark and sophomore Audrey Nguyen also played, with Kylie making her first birdie ever!
