The girls’ soccer team started play in the Katy I-10 Shootout last night against Tomball Memorial. The two teams were so tightly matched that the game ended 0-0 in regulation. The game came down to Penalty Kicks where our girls ended up winning 5-4. Colleen Janeck, Alannah Jones, Shreya Desai, Michelle Mills, and Julia Linton all stepped up to the mark and scored. Emma Elkins came up HUGE in the goal, blocking the only PK of the night. This win has the girls playing the Cinco Ranch Cougars at 2pm today. Great job, ladies!
