JV – The JV boys’ soccer team tied Willowridge on Friday night 2-2. Junior Gerardo Ventura scored the 2 goals for the Longhorns with assists from freshman Bobby Crow and sophomore Jeison Casterjon. They take on the Terry Rangers on Friday night.
Varsity – The varsity boys’ soccer team played Willowridge to a 1-1 tie through regulation and two 10-minute overtimes, but came up short on penalty kicks. Clarence Clark scored the goal for the Longhorns. The Longhorns are off Tuesday and will travel to Terry on Friday.
