The girls soccer team traveled to Angleton to take on the Lady Wildcats. JV won an exciting 4-0 game. Goals were scored by Juliana Rios, Emma Carlson, Ashley Vega and Lara Olabisi. Solid field play from Sophie Edwards and Carson Yanta. Varsity girls played in a physical match up and came out with a 1-0 victory. Taylor Rech scored the lone goal of the night from a Meghan Burger cross. Great defensive play came from Shana Hardin, Clare Valdez and Madeline Bares. The girls play their final game of the regular season at home on Friday against Terry. Come out and see your Longhorns before they head into the playoffs!!
