The Longhorn golf teams dominated the district preview held Monday at Fort Bend Country Club. Tenzin Palkyi won the individual title on the girls side by winning a sudden death playoff on the second playoff hole. Ashton Maughan finished 5th place overall and Katie Koerth tied for 10th. Arianna Selph finished 15th and Kate Weaver ended in 17th place. Chris Lopez won the individual boys title with an even par 71. Adam Garza-73 finished 3rd place, Marcus Lopez-76 4th place, Matthew Maier-76 5th place, Thomas Kuznar-76 6th place, John Hance-8th place 78, Jack Weaver-10th place 79. Altogether, Longhorns captured 16 of the top 20 spots in the tournament.
