Our Longhorns played very well this past Friday getting back in the winning column. We were also able to clinch a playoff berth as we defeated the Elsik Rams 36-9 in a dominating fashion. Defense had an outstanding performance allowing only 112 total yards’ offense to the Rams. Defense had some key turnovers with Matthew Burger and Brandon Greer accounting for two of those turnovers. On offense Eric Michel, Alex Fontenot, Jay’Ren Miller and David Fisher all contributed in scoring efforts. This Friday we take on Alief Taylor “Lions” game time 7pm at Crump Stadium, please come out and support us.
