GRHS Girls Wrestling
The Longhorn Wrestling’s girl’s varsity finished 5th in the District 11-6A Dual Tournament. Their final record was 3-4 with wins over Katy Taylor, Cinco Ranch and Katy Tompkins. Competing for George Ranch were Megan Braun, Madison Braun, Ava Breeze, Melody Joplin, Archie Cuaresma, Kaylie Perez, Carmela Casas, Annika Weber, Sahba Amjadian and JacQuyra McDade.
GRHS Cheerleader Tryouts
Cheerleading tryouts are right around the corner! If you are interested in trying out to be on the 2018-2019 cheerleading squad, please go to the LCISD website under athletics and go to the cheer tab at the top. All tryout information is available online. Cheer tryout packets are due February 23rd by 3:30pm.

Boys Basketball Tryouts
Boys basketball tryouts will take place Thursday, November 9, 2017 and Friday, November 10, 2017 at 7:00 a.m. This tryout will be for non-varsity football players, and any other boys on campus who are interested. Varsity football players will tryout at the conclusion of their season. Students must have a physical on file and completed all Rank One paperwork. Please contact Coach Jones or Coach Anderson if you have questions.
The first General Meeting of the year for the George Ranch High School Athletic Booster Club is tonight, Monday, October 30, 2017 at 6:00pm in the LGI Room. All are encouraged to attend and learn about how the Athletic Booster Club uses donations and membership fees to help our student athletes. We hope to see you there!
