After the crazy weather Tuesday settled down the Longhorn girls soccer team got to work against the Taylor Lady Lions. The girls scored early and often winning 8-0. Gabby Galvan led the scoring with 2 goals with Paige Klase, Ashley Vega, Jenna Murray, Riley Grafe, Jordan Shimaitis and Emma Carlson all adding 1 goal. Shimaitis added 3 assist, Grafe with 2 and Celeste Ruiz and Klase each adding one. Solid play came from Jenna Sanders, Dany Torres, Tayler Jasek and Kasey Davis. The girls finished the first round in a 3 way tie for first place. Come out and support them in the second round!
