Welcome, Longhorn Merchandise Volunteers!

The GRHSABC Board is excited to extend a new volunteer opportunity for the 2024-25 school year by coordinating shifts for the merchandise trailer! Just like with concessions, your time and support are essential in helping us bring Longhorn spirit to our community.

Available Dates:

  • November 6th and 12th

  • December 10th and 11th

Shifts and Volunteers Needed
Each date will have two shifts, with two volunteers needed per shift. You’ll find individual volunteer slots for each shift in the sign-up form.

How to Sign Up
Please review the location and time of each shift before committing. If a scheduling conflict arises, kindly remove your name from the slot and find a replacement volunteer as soon as possible.

Priority and Availability
Athletic parents have priority in selecting shifts for the merchandise trailer. Any remaining volunteer slots will open up to GRHS student clubs and organizations three weeks before each event.

NOTE TO VOLUNTEERS:

  • If you are part of the first time-slot for a Merchandise Sales event lease plan on arriving promptly as there will be set up/display prep involved to begin merchandise sales. Second shift, please arrive promptly to relieve the volunteers working the early game. Please be sure to follow the set-up/closing procedures posted in the merchandise trailer. You will need to use the Shop Pay terminals or Paypal QR codes for all payments. We are NOT accepting cash payments. Thank you for your time and support!
