Welcome, Longhorn Concessions Volunteers!

The GRHSABC Board is thrilled to kick off the 2024-25 school year with a new initiative: coordinating volunteers for our concessions stands! Your generous contribution of time and support is vital, as staffing three concessions stands for each home sporting event requires a collective effort.

How to Sign Up

In the sign-up form, you'll find individual volunteer slots for each available shift. Please carefully review the location and time of each shift before committing. If a scheduling conflict arises, we kindly ask you to remove your name from the slot and find a replacement volunteer as soon as possible.

Priority and Availability

Athletic parents have priority in selecting concession shifts. However, any remaining volunteer slots will be opened up to GRHS student clubs and organizations three weeks before each home event.
